All players must be aged 18 years or older and must be physically located in Bangladesh to use the gbazee platform. gbazee reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any time.
Minimum deposit is ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposit. gbazee does not accept third-party payments — the account holder must be the wallet or bank account owner.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. gbazee bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and are void if fraudulent activity is detected. Full bonus terms are specified in each individual promotion.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. gbazee will never ask for your password via email or support chat. Any activity performed under your account credentials is your responsibility.
gbazee may suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these Terms, including underage use, fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or violation of the responsible gaming self-exclusion policy.
gbazee provides deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools directly within account settings. Players are encouraged to use these tools to maintain a healthy and controlled approach to gambling.

To register and maintain an active account on the gbazee platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during the operation of your account:
gbazee reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage of the account lifecycle. Where verification cannot be completed to gbazee's reasonable satisfaction, the platform may suspend the account and withhold funds pending resolution. Any funds deposited by an ineligible player — including any winnings accrued — may be forfeited at gbazee's discretion where fraud, misrepresentation, or deliberate circumvention of age controls is established.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) gbazee account. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or the same household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. gbazee employs automated and manual detection systems to identify multi-accounting. Where multiple accounts are identified, gbazee may close all associated accounts, void all bets placed, and confiscate any balances or bonuses without prior notice.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and valid contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your gbazee account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. gbazee will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to ask for your password. Any activity conducted through your account — including deposits, bets, and withdrawal requests — will be treated as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify gbazee immediately at [email protected].
gbazee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of its commitment to security and responsible gaming. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal is processed or at any other time gbazee deems appropriate: a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driving licence; proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days); and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of mobile wallet registered under your name). Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds.
gbazee accepts deposits via the following payment channels available in Bangladesh:
All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). gbazee does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. International credit cards and debit cards issued outside Bangladesh are not accepted.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day depending on the payment method used and your account verification status. Current limits are displayed in the deposit section of your account dashboard.
gbazee strictly prohibits deposits from payment accounts not registered in your own name. The name on the payment method (mobile wallet or bank account) must match the name on your gbazee account. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed, and the transaction fees associated with the reversal may be deducted from the returned amount. Repeated third-party deposit attempts may result in account suspension.
gbazee is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network outages, bank processing times, or technical issues outside gbazee's control. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, please contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your account has been fully verified in accordance with the KYC requirements set out in Section 3.4. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by gbazee support on a case-by-case basis.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Requests below this threshold will not be processed. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account and may be adjusted based on account status and verification level.
gbazee aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, public holidays in Bangladesh, or where additional verification is required.
Before a withdrawal can be approved, the following conditions must be satisfied:
gbazee reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending the outcome of any security review or verification process. Players will be notified of any such delay via their registered email address or support channel.
gbazee offers bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section. Where there is a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.
Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x), specifies the total value of bets that must be placed using the bonus funds before a withdrawal request may be submitted. Contributions towards wagering requirements may vary by game type — slots, live casino games, and sports bets may contribute at different rates as specified in the individual promotion terms.
gbazee actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to obtain the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedge bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements, and using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal play patterns. Where bonus abuse is identified, gbazee reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and permanently close the account without prior notice.
Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be removed from the account balance automatically. gbazee is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
All bets and wagers placed on the gbazee platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that bet details — including selection, stake, and market — are correct before confirming. gbazee will not reverse a confirmed bet on the grounds of player error, misunderstanding, or change of mind.
gbazee reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or terms that were clearly erroneous due to a technical fault, data feed error, or pricing mistake. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance. gbazee will not be liable for any consequential loss arising from such errors.
All cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international series — are governed by the specific sports betting rules published in the betting rules section of the platform. In-play (live) bets are accepted during active play periods; any bet submitted during a suspension of live odds will be voided automatically. Results are settled based on official match results from the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, etc.).

gbazee may suspend your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, a security incident, fraudulent activity, or a pending KYC verification. During a suspension, you will not be able to deposit, place bets, or withdraw funds. gbazee will endeavour to resolve all suspensions as promptly as practicable and will communicate with you via your registered email address.
gbazee may permanently close your account where a material breach of these Terms is established, including confirmed underage use, fraud, multi-accounting, money laundering, or persistent violation of responsible gaming self-exclusion commitments. Upon permanent closure for cause, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in accordance with the specific breach identified.
You may request closure of your gbazee account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, you must withdraw your full available balance. Any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure request will be forfeited. Account closure requests linked to responsible gaming concerns will be treated as self-exclusion requests and processed under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
gbazee collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the gbazee platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
gbazee will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except where required to process payments, conduct KYC verification, comply with legal obligations, or where you have provided explicit consent. All data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

gbazee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if gbazee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
gbazee does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and shall not be held liable for service outages caused by maintenance, technical failure, third-party infrastructure issues, internet connectivity problems, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, or acts of terrorism.
All content published on the gbazee platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game assets, software code, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of gbazee or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gbazee platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content on the platform without gbazee's express prior written consent. Unauthorised use of gbazee's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.
gbazee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, gbazee will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email to the address on file or via an in-platform notification displayed upon next login. The revised Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notification.
Your continued use of the gbazee platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
